January 2000 : ATLINKS was born from the merge of the Alcatel residential phone activities and Thomson Multimedia, this enables ATLINKS to become the number one leader in residential and business phones.

ATLINKS relies on internationally recognized brands to sell its products : Alcatel and GE (General Electric).

February 2003 : ATLINKS became subsidized at 100% by Thomson Telecom. Its brand portfolio increased with the introduction of THOMSON and RCA brands.

January 2010 : The ATLINKS group becomes independent, under the responsibility of Verdoso investment fund as well as the existing management team. The financial participation of the management reflects their full commitment and trust in ATLINKS future.
